To elect a Chair for the ensuing meeting.

Councillor Allison assumed the role as Chair and declared the meeting inquorate in line with Council Procedure Rule Part 2 – Section 5, paragraph 4.4.

To receive any apologies for absence.

Councillors Perry and Pollen were absent for the meeting.

To receive declarations by Councillors of any disclosable pecuniary interest, personal interests, other registrable interests or any other interests in respect of items on the agenda.

None declared.

To consider whether the press and public should be excluded from the meeting during consideration of any item on the agenda.

There were no items on the agenda for which the press and public should be excluded.

The Licensing Officer provided an explanation that following the issue of Notice of Hearing, upon receipt of legal advice it had become apparent that the notice had been given in error. All parties had been informed and the meeting was no longer required.

There were no remaining items of business therefore no requirement to set a new date.
