The appointed Planning Inspector then held public hearings to discuss issues identified from the Publication Draft consultation responses before undertaking a 6 week public consultation on her proposed Main Modifications: https://www.copeland.gov.uk/content/main-modifications-consultation prior to issuing her report outlining the changes the Council needs to make before it can adopt the Copeland Local Plan.
